DIY PERFECT VALENTINES & BREAKFAST!!!

Helllllooooo!!!!  Hope everyone is having a great week so far! Todays post I will be sharing one of my all time FAVE recipes and some really cute little DIY valentine coupons that you can make for that special someone this weekend. (: All I did was some research on some reaaally cute/cheesy valentines and printed them out, cut them and then hand wrote some "coupons" for my man (ps: I did these coupons last year). Hi guys!!!!  Hope everyone had a great weekend.  Mine sure went by toooo fast.  I am sad that it's monday today.  :/ BUT I have a fun post for today!  I will be sharing my "Japanese style hot cake" (pancake) recipe that I made a little festive and also sharing what Tyler and I did yesterday! First, I want to start with the recipe!  So let's get into what ingredients you will need.... ~2 large eggs ~3/4 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp almond milk ~1 tsp vanilla extract ~1 2/3 cup flour ~1 3/4 tsp baking powder  ~3 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar ~Canola spray (if you need) ~red food coloring ~green food coloring These for the toppings.  (:  First you will want to combine your wet ingredients in a bowl and your dry ingredients in a separate bowl.  Then combine the two with a wooden spoon and let the batter sit for around 15 minutes to thicken. Hi guys!!!  It's Fall which means....pumpkin....is....everywhere.  lol.  This is the ONLY time of the year that I actually eat anything pumpkin.  Yes these recipes are vegan...BUT Ty and I do eat eggs so for those of you who don't, just go ahead and substitute them to what you prefer.
