DIY PERFECT VALENTINES & BREAKFAST!!!

Helllllooooo!!!!  Hope everyone is having a great week so far! Todays post I will be sharing one of my all time FAVE recipes and some really cute little DIY valentine coupons that you can make for that special someone this weekend. (: All I did was some research on some reaaally cute/cheesy valentines and printed them out, cut them and then hand wrote some "coupons" for my man (ps: I did these coupons last year). PERFECT CHRISTMAS SUGAR COOKIES FOR SANTA!!!

Hi everyone!!!!!  ONLY 4 MORE DAYSSSSS OMG!!! As you can see, I am not excited for Christmas at all. (: This post is one of my all time favorite sugar cookie recipes and they are literally so delicious.  I am eating one while I type.  LOL I love that when they bake, they don't spread and the icing is so simple yet so yummy. Let's get started! You will need: ~1 cup of butter softened ~1 cup of white sugar ~1 teaspoon vanilla extract ~1/4 teaspoon almond extract ~1 egg ~2 teaspoons baking powder ~3 cups of flour + more for when you roll out the dough ~powdered sugar ~milk (This recipe yields approximately 30 cookies-that's how many I made-but feel free to double if need be!) HEALTHY & DAIRY FREE LEMON DONUT RECIPE!!!

Hello again!!!  Today I wanted to share a super yummy recipe with you that Tyler and I like to make on Sundays every now and then as a little sweet treat. (: **DISCLAIMER** : I did not come up with this recipe.  I did find it on Pinterest but I did my own tweaks. First things first you need some ingredients!! For the dough: ~1/2 cup + 1 tblsp almond milk ~2 tblsp of honey (any kind will do) ~1 & 1/2 cup of flour ~1 & 1/2 tsp of baking powder ~1/2 tsp salt ~6 tblsp of vegan butter (room temperature) ~1/2 cup of sugar ~1 large egg  ~Zest of 1 large lemon (I used 2 small ones) ~A splashh of vanilla extract For the icing: ~The juice from the lemon you zested ~1 & 1/2 cup of powdered sugar ~Splash of vanilla extract Now let's get into it!!
