MY JUNE IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hi guys!  Today I am sharing my J U N E Ipsy bag review with you.  I am so in love with this simple yet girly bag.  It feels a little retro which I adore and the fact that there are lips on it...too cute! The first product that I have basically used almost the entire thing is the ' Delectable Triple Moisture Body Lotion in the scent; Coconut & Cream '.  This stuff you guys.  OMG.  So first of all, it smells like summer.  Pure coconut.  So delish & it is so creamy and softening on my skin.  I took this little bottle camping with me over the weekend and have literally almost used the entire thing because it smells and feels that good. (: The next product I got was the ' Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in the shade; Game Changer '.  AGH!  I am living for this color.  It screams summer and will look sooo good on tan skin.  I love nail polish so much so I am very glad that I received this one to add...

MY TOP 5 FAVORITE NEUTRAL NAIL POLISH SHADES...

Image
1. ' OPI-Funny Bunny ' - This is my A B S O L U T E favorite color ever ever.  It is a gorgeous pale off white with a subtle pink hue.  I just love it so much.  Anytime of year.  It is so delicate and beautiful. 2. ' Essie-Worth The Wait ' - This color is so cute for spring or if you don't like wearing a bold color.  It's peachy and very opaque. 3. ' Essie-Minimalistic ' - This color is so sweet and pretty.  A perfect pastel pink that I love to wear all the time. 4. ' PS Cosmeceutical-Southern Sand ' - This is the ultimate nude.  Tan and simple. 5. ' Sinful Colors-Easy Going ' - I love this shade...currently wearing it.  It is more white than pink but it has pink in it. I have always loved nail polish...I paint my nails soooo often.  Like every week I am wearing a new color.  I have always loved 'collecting' nail polishes.  Every since I was little. (: What are your favorite neutral nail polish shade...

APRIL IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!  Today I am sharing my Ipsy bag from this month with you... The first product that I got in my bag was the ' Ofra Cosmetics blush ' in the shade Rendezvous.  I lovvveeee this shade so much.  Especially since I am beginning to tan.  I definitely need to get a 'Z Palette' though so I can put it in there. The next product I got was the ' PS Cosmeceutical Nail Laquer ' in the shade Southern Sand.  I actually really like this.  I love nail polish and I am always painting them.  The texture is really nice...it goes on really smooth and I like the neutral tone.  It didn't last as long as I would have wanted but I still really like it. Next is the ' Ciaté London Bamboo Bronzer ' in the shade Palm Island.  This was really funny actually.  I opened it and thought...'this looks like the color of my skin'.  So at first I wasn't really interested because of that reason but as I was applying it to my cheeks...

MY MARCH IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Today I am sharing my March IPSY bag with you guys! And can I just say how crazy it is that it's M A R C H?!  Wild.  Absolutely wild. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this bag.  The bag design is very dainty and pretty.  I love the texture of the bag and the over flap and I mean the color too with that rose gold zipper. (; The first product that I got was the ' Marc Anthony Deep Repair Aloe Vera Jasmine Conditioning Treatment '.  I loveee this.  It says on the bottle to only use about once a week, kind of like a hair mask, but I want to use it more!  You apply it to your hair after you have shampooed and let it sit for about 3-7 minutes and then rinse.  I am OBSESSED with the scent.  It is so fresh and floral and reminds me of what Spring and Summer smell like.  It made my hair feel super soft as well...like no frizz or fluffies.  Amazing.  I love it. The next product that I got wa...

MY FEBRUARY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Today I will be sharing my February IPSY bag with you guys! First of all, I was very sad to see how bland that bag design was.  I felt that it could have been waaaaay cuter.  Like with patches or pins on it or something.  I mean it is February...where's the hearts and pink and red and glitter? Anyway...let's jump into the products. The first thing I got was the ' Elizabeth Mott Whatup Beaches Matte Bronzer '.  I have to say that I am very disappointed in the packaging and the size.  The actual product seems ok...I like the creamy consistency that it has and the fact that it's not too cakey looking on the skin.  The actual packaging is plastic.  It reminds me of what you would get your sandwich meat in at the grocery store.  And it is soooo small.  Like it's meant for a doll!  I might use this on my brows or something. Next I got the ' Promise Organic Nourishing Coconut Milk Daily Facial Scrub '.  I lovee...

MY JANUARY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Today I am sharing my January Ipsy bag! I am honestly not theee biggest fan of the bag  design, but some of the products are nice and I am excited to use them! One of the first things I got was the ' SL Miss Glam blending eye shadow brush '.  (I struggled trying to find the exact brush online but I linked another one.)  This brush is really pretty.  Honestly almost too pretty to use!  LOL.  I love a good blending brush and the hairs of this one are very soft. The next product I got was the ' Jelly Pong Pong lip scrub .'  I was not a fan of this.  I do not like lip scrubs that you have to wipe off.  I do not want to put anything near my mouth that I cannot ingest.  That kind of grosses me out to be honest.  This product also seems to be waaaay over priced for what it is. I then received the 'M annakadar beauty powder blush in the shade Paradise Blush .'  I loveeee this so much.  The color payoff ...

MY DECEMBER IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!  I am sooo sorry that I have not posted in a while.  I feel awful.  I have been so busy with work and life and now I am super sick and Christmas is 4 days away.  I wanted to share with you today my Ipsy bag that came to me this month. The first thing I received was the ' Beau Gachis concealer brush '.  This brush is nice but I am not sure that I will grabbing it often.  I find that I enjoy using a makeup sponge to apply my concealer rather than a brush because normally brushes leave streaks.  The brush itself is very soft though...I will give you that! The next product is the ' Marc Anthony Nourishing Argan Oil of Morocco conditioning treatment ' which smells amazing.  I have yet to try this on my actual hair but when I put a little on the back of my hand, it was very soft and smooth.  I love any mask.  Wether it's for face or hair!  Excited about this one because I really like Marc Anthony. Next I got...

MY NOVEMBER IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
This months  Ipsy  bag was a greaaat one for me.  I am super happy about all the items I got! The bag design this month is cute.  I love the fact that it's a mix of astronomy and makeup.  Very cute idea! The first product I got was this set of 3 botanical sheet masks from ' bonvivant ' which I am obsessing over.  I have yet to try them, but if you know me, you know I love face masks.  Sheet masks are awesome too although I always get sad that each pack only has one mask in it.  But the fact that Ipsy sent me 3!  I cannot wait to try each one. The next item I got was the ' Elizabeth Mott lip lacquer ' in the shade 'Moxie Mauve'.  I loveee this shade.  I wish it was a little bit more on the matte side but overall it has really good pigment! Next I got the ' Formula X nail polish ' in the shade 'Huntress'.  I already am a huge fan of Formula X and when I got this shade, I was like....(insert heart...

MY SEPTEMBER IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey everyone!  I hope your'e having an amazing week so far! Today I am sharing my September Ipsy bag with you! So the very first thing I got in my bag was the ' Be A Bombshell Cosmetics nail polish ' in the shade 'Holy Fuchsia'.  I loveee this shade for fall.  It's like a bright maroon.  I already like this brand and I had no idea that they had nail polish!  Very excited to wear this. The next thing I was given was the ' Too Faced Cosmetics Lip Injection Extreme ' lip plumper.  I will be honest...I have not tried this on my lips yet.  Lip plumpers usually freak me out so I am not sure if I will actually wear it.  I swatched some on my hand and didn't feel anything?  So I'm just not sure about it. The next product I got was the ' Naked Cosmetics Naked advanced aloe cream '.  (I cannot seem to find the aloe cream online but I linked another one.) This feels really nice on my skin.  I am not sure if it's for my fa...

MY AUGUST IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey everyone!  I hope you're all having an awesome week so far.  Thank god it's the weekend though.  Am I right?!  Later today Ty and I are going to the Sawdust Festival in Laguna and I could not be more excited. (: Today I am sharing my August Ipsy bag review! How gorgeous is this bag?!  It's like a makeup addict mermaid.  LOL.  I loveee it.  Such beautiful colors too. One of the first things I got was the ' Pacifica Sundreams Lotus Infused Bronzer '  in the shade 'Sunkissed'.  I actually really like this product.  Not only because there is a unicorn on the packaging, but that the actual product has amazing pigment and wear.  I mean it is super easy to use too much and then you look like an oompa loompa. The next thing that I received was the ' Organic Surge Perfecting Face Polish '.  I'm sure you all know how much of a skin care addict I am so when I got this in my bag I was soooo happy....

OLE HENRIKSEN SKINCARE REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!!  How's everyone's week?!  I'm settling into my new job...well it's not really new. I'm still at Lush for the time being but it's at a new location.  Today's post is all about these incredible Ole Henriksen skincare products that I was sent by Influenster to test and review!  I was lucky enough to get allll of these products which I actually ended up LOVING!  I was sent the Truth Serum , the Sheer Transformation moisturizer , the Complexion facial sponges and the Power Bright three step treatment . These products are known for the glow that they give to the skin. And I can honestly say that it does just that!  My skin looks so refreshed and dewy after using these. I don't see too much glow though once I have put on my makeup for the day but regardless...these are incredible.  I think my favorites are the facial sponges (which probably sounds strange) because they feel so nice on my skin when using th...

MY JUNE IPSY BAG!!!

Image
Hi guys!!! Boy has it been a minute since I have come on?  I have been working and packing away...boringgg.  JK I am super excited! Today I will be sharing with you my June Ipsy bag. This month is interesting...I feel like I did not like as much in it and was not super excited to get it.  I really don't like design of the bag.  Just not my style. The first product I got was the ' Seraphine botanicals Happy Hibiscus blush '.  I like this.  The packaging is nice but a lot smaller than I expected.  The color is really beautiful though. The next product was the ' Hey Honey 24seven moisturizer '.  This stuff feels so nice on my skin.  I feel super hydrating but not in a greasy way.  The packaging is so cute and it smells almost like banana runts.  Remember those candies?!  HAHA I know, so specific.  But once you smell it, tell me I'm wrong! Next I got the ' Urban Decay single eyeshadow in the shade...

MY MAY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey all!!!  Long time no talk!  How has everyone been?! I have some big news that I will be sharing with you all, soon!  I promise! Today's post is my May IPSY bag haul and review!  I loveddd this months bag.  I love all the products in it and have already put a few of them to use! :D How cute is this little travel pouch?  It makes me want to travel all around now!  I actually gave this bag to my sister because I have soooo many Ipsy bags that I don't know what to do with! haha. So the first product I got was the ' Crazy Rumors Hibiskiss Natural Lip Color' in the shade 'Coral'.  This is soooo nice.  It reminds me of being in Hawaii.  It's like I very sheer tinted lip balm that tastes really sweet!  I also think the packaging is too cute. The next product I got was the 'Smashbox X rated Mascara' .  I love getting mascaras because you can never have enough in your collection and this one especially mak...

MY CURRENT FAVORITE MATTE LIPSTICKS!!!

Image
Hey guys!  Today I wanted to share with you my current favorite matte lipsticks! These 10 shades are all from Too Faced Cosmetics .  AKA one of my favorite brands...ever. I was sent their beautiful new 'La Matte' lipsticks (thank you Devon <3) and let me just say that they are incredible. They just glide right on the lips and feel so comfortable.  Each shade has great pigment and they have honestly been the ones that I have recently been reaching for! Isn't the packaging beautiful as well?!  I just die. Do any of you have these?!  What's your favorite shade?  I think my favorite is the orange shade right in the front called 'The New Black'.  I never would have pictured myself liking an orangey shade...but it is SO flattering! xoxox C

MY APRIL IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!!!  I hope your week has been good. (:  I will be glad when I have a day off!  LOL. Today's post is on my April Ipsy bag!  I love the overall look of this bag.  Very summery.  And can I say just how exCITed I am for summer?!  Like ohemgee.  Summer means, my birthday, the beach, being back home...and so much more :D How cute is the bag?!  I love how creative they get when designing them each month.  It's just, now I have like a million cute small makeup bags....like what should I do with them all?!  HAHA Let's get into what I got. The first product I got was the Buxom Wildly Whipped Lightweight Liquid Lipstick in the shade Centerfold.  I love the shade of this.  It's more of a warm nude and I think that it looks really good with my skin tone.  The one thing I am not so sure of is the consistency...since it's whipped, it is a little different.  I think I need to try wearing it again. ...

MARCH IPSY BAG!!!

Image
Hey guys!  If you are currently reading this, I am in Orange County!! WOOOO!  So so excited to back home for a bit.  Ty and I are going to just spend some time with family and to enjoy Easter in the lovely So Cal. In today's post, if you couldn't already tell by the title, I am sharing with you all what I got in my March IPSY bag! I love this bag because it screams SPRING to me and makes me very very happy. I think the color inspirations for the actual bag itself are just gorgeous.  Not gonna lie, they had three different colors and I would have wanted the full mint green one cause that's my favorite color, but regardless orange and mint are perfect as well. (: The first item I got was the Marc Anthony Blow Dry Cream .  I am not to sure I will use this product because I don't own a hair dryer....although it smells amaazzzzing. The next item I actually ordered with my points!  It's so cool that when you review products and 'glam bag...
