MY SEPTEMBER BEAUTY BAG REVIEWS!!!

Image
The September Ipsy bag was great!  The bag design is simple yet sassy.  I love black already and the fact that this has small studs over it made me really happy. (: The first item I got was the ' Skin Food Egg White Perfect Pore Cleansing Foam ' which I have used a few times and love!  It smells...amazing.  I was not expecting it to but it did!  It's so fresh and floral.  When it comes out of the bottle, it's a creamy smooth consistency, but when you add water to it, it becomes more frothy and foamy.  I love this cleanser because it is super gentle on my skin and feels like it's really giving it a good clean without feeling too dry and squeaky.  If that makes any sense...lol The next product I got was the ' Luxie Beauty Rose Gold Medium Angled Brush '.  This brush is really pretty!  If I could have all my brushes look like this I would.  The bristles are super soft and feel really nice on the lids. The next i...

MY AUGUST IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
OK!  How cute is this bag?!  I feel like it is so me.  Considering the fact that I have about 1,000 different lipsticks! (:  I'm so obsessed.  A girl cannot just have ONE lipstick...I mean let's be real here. The first product that I got in my Ipsy bag was ' The Balm Voyage shadow/illuminizer ' in the shade 'Kuwakaribisha' (I don't think they sell these as little singles but I linked the palette that this shade is in).  I have been loving this as a highlight on my cheek bones!  It is so shimmery & pretty & I just love their packaging soooo much.  These little shadows are too cute and great for travel! The next product I got was the ' Hey Honey Come Clean Propolis & Minerals Facial Scrub '.  I already love this brand & this scrub is super gentle & smells really good.  It has crystalline beads that end up dissolving when you massage it into the skin & it feels super smooth afterwords. ...

MY JULY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
The first item I got was the ' IBY Beauty crease brush '.  I love crease brushes...I actually have loads.  This one is nice because the bristles are very soft and it blends nicely.  Nothing too exciting about it but always good to have around a handful of nice blending/crease brushes. Next I got the ' Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Deep Dive Cleansing Gel '.  I actually really like this.  I got such a cute tiny bottle in my IPSY bag which is perfect for travel or for taking to my yoga class for after so I can wash my face.   (:  It gives your skin a very squeaky clean and suds up really nice.  I have more combination skin and I feel like it would work nicely for oilier skin as well. The next product I got was the ' Caudalíe Vinosource moisturizing sorbet '.  This stuff smells and feels incredible.  I love it.  I tried it in conjunction with the Tarte face wash and I really enjoyed it.  A little bit goes a very long way ...

MY JUNE IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hi guys!  Today I am sharing my J U N E Ipsy bag review with you.  I am so in love with this simple yet girly bag.  It feels a little retro which I adore and the fact that there are lips on it...too cute! The first product that I have basically used almost the entire thing is the ' Delectable Triple Moisture Body Lotion in the scent; Coconut & Cream '.  This stuff you guys.  OMG.  So first of all, it smells like summer.  Pure coconut.  So delish & it is so creamy and softening on my skin.  I took this little bottle camping with me over the weekend and have literally almost used the entire thing because it smells and feels that good. (: The next product I got was the ' Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in the shade; Game Changer '.  AGH!  I am living for this color.  It screams summer and will look sooo good on tan skin.  I love nail polish so much so I am very glad that I received this one to add...

MAY IPSY BAG REVIEW & I GOT A SECOND JOB!!!

Image
Hi friends!!  Today I am sharing my May  Ipsy  bag review!  This bag is A D O R A B L E.  I am so pleased with it.  I love that it's clear and there's ice cream on it!  I mean who wouldn't love that?! The first product that came in my bag was the ' Adesse New York Nail Polish' in the shade 'Surfer Girl '.  I love this color!  So fun for summer and looks so good when you have tan skin.  In my opinion, it did not last that long on my nails.  I had a chip like a day or two later but I do work with my hands a lot so I thought that that was why.  But I haaaate when my nails chip...if I get a single chip, I just end up picking all of them off. The next product was the ' Manna Kadar Split pan Bronzer & Highlighter Duo '.  This is just meh to me.  It is very hard for me to use!  The pan is too small...but yet the products themselves are really beautiful! I got the ' Luxie Beauty 660 Precisi...

EMPTY PRODUCTS REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!  So I have never done a post like before but I have been H O A R D I N G my empty products (and this isn't even all of them) to share my thoughts on! I feel like this would have been better as a video...but my computer is an old grandpa and can't take large files any more.  So lame I know.  I am working on getting a new computer so that I can start filming again cause I miss it and genuinely want to do it.  I decided to sort out the products into categories to make it a little more organized. But anyway...let's get started because there are a lot of products to talk about. S K I N Pixi by Petra have this amazing ' Hydrating Milky Mist ' that just smells and feels incredible.  I honestly want to spray it 24/7.  And to be honest, the packaging and name of the product sold me.  But it really does make my skin feel super hydrated and dewy.  (I bought this at Target) As you all know, I work for LUSH cosme...

APRIL IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!  Today I am sharing my Ipsy bag from this month with you... The first product that I got in my bag was the ' Ofra Cosmetics blush ' in the shade Rendezvous.  I lovvveeee this shade so much.  Especially since I am beginning to tan.  I definitely need to get a 'Z Palette' though so I can put it in there. The next product I got was the ' PS Cosmeceutical Nail Laquer ' in the shade Southern Sand.  I actually really like this.  I love nail polish and I am always painting them.  The texture is really nice...it goes on really smooth and I like the neutral tone.  It didn't last as long as I would have wanted but I still really like it. Next is the ' Ciaté London Bamboo Bronzer ' in the shade Palm Island.  This was really funny actually.  I opened it and thought...'this looks like the color of my skin'.  So at first I wasn't really interested because of that reason but as I was applying it to my cheeks...

MY MARCH IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Today I am sharing my March IPSY bag with you guys! And can I just say how crazy it is that it's M A R C H?!  Wild.  Absolutely wild. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this bag.  The bag design is very dainty and pretty.  I love the texture of the bag and the over flap and I mean the color too with that rose gold zipper. (; The first product that I got was the ' Marc Anthony Deep Repair Aloe Vera Jasmine Conditioning Treatment '.  I loveee this.  It says on the bottle to only use about once a week, kind of like a hair mask, but I want to use it more!  You apply it to your hair after you have shampooed and let it sit for about 3-7 minutes and then rinse.  I am OBSESSED with the scent.  It is so fresh and floral and reminds me of what Spring and Summer smell like.  It made my hair feel super soft as well...like no frizz or fluffies.  Amazing.  I love it. The next product that I got wa...

MY FEBRUARY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Today I will be sharing my February IPSY bag with you guys! First of all, I was very sad to see how bland that bag design was.  I felt that it could have been waaaaay cuter.  Like with patches or pins on it or something.  I mean it is February...where's the hearts and pink and red and glitter? Anyway...let's jump into the products. The first thing I got was the ' Elizabeth Mott Whatup Beaches Matte Bronzer '.  I have to say that I am very disappointed in the packaging and the size.  The actual product seems ok...I like the creamy consistency that it has and the fact that it's not too cakey looking on the skin.  The actual packaging is plastic.  It reminds me of what you would get your sandwich meat in at the grocery store.  And it is soooo small.  Like it's meant for a doll!  I might use this on my brows or something. Next I got the ' Promise Organic Nourishing Coconut Milk Daily Facial Scrub '.  I lovee...

SHOW A LITTLE LOVE

Image
I wanted to share some little gift ideas for that special someone...these are things that I know I would love to receive! The first set of products are all from LUSH.  They have THE cutest products around Valentine's day.  I feel like anyone would love really anything from LUSH.  Here I have a couple bubble bars, bath bombs, a massage bar and a knot wrap. The next set of products could be for that someone who likes fragrances, jewelry and makeup.  I absolutely love what Too Faced Cosmetics have to offer and Urban Outfitters actually has some beautiful fragrances.  I feel as though simple, elegant jewelry can always be a nice gesture too.  Alex and Ani and Kate Spade are some of my faves. I hope that this may have helped some of you.  Anyone have any special plans for VDay?! xoxox C

RED ROSES RED ROSES...

I absolutely love rose.  Which is so strange to me because it just hit me one day.  I never remember liking rose and now that I am in my 20's, I want evvverything rose scented and flavored and colored etc. When it comes to beauty products, I am all about the rose.  Rose is naturally very gentle yet effective on so many levels.  It's hydrating, soothing, toning and an anti-inflammatory.  I tend to actually have a lot of redness in my skin when I am not wearing makeup from breakouts and just my natural tone in general.   Using products with rose and rose oils has helped my skin tremendously and I could not be more satisfied. Rose can also be good to ingest because they are filled with antioxidants which help fight free radicals (which can be a lot of environmental factors).  I like to drink rose tea and rose water.  And buying roses to display in your home have meaning too.  They completely brighten up a room and genuinely make you feel so...

MY JANUARY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Today I am sharing my January Ipsy bag! I am honestly not theee biggest fan of the bag  design, but some of the products are nice and I am excited to use them! One of the first things I got was the ' SL Miss Glam blending eye shadow brush '.  (I struggled trying to find the exact brush online but I linked another one.)  This brush is really pretty.  Honestly almost too pretty to use!  LOL.  I love a good blending brush and the hairs of this one are very soft. The next product I got was the ' Jelly Pong Pong lip scrub .'  I was not a fan of this.  I do not like lip scrubs that you have to wipe off.  I do not want to put anything near my mouth that I cannot ingest.  That kind of grosses me out to be honest.  This product also seems to be waaaay over priced for what it is. I then received the 'M annakadar beauty powder blush in the shade Paradise Blush .'  I loveeee this so much.  The color payoff ...

MY DECEMBER IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
Hey guys!  I am sooo sorry that I have not posted in a while.  I feel awful.  I have been so busy with work and life and now I am super sick and Christmas is 4 days away.  I wanted to share with you today my Ipsy bag that came to me this month. The first thing I received was the ' Beau Gachis concealer brush '.  This brush is nice but I am not sure that I will grabbing it often.  I find that I enjoy using a makeup sponge to apply my concealer rather than a brush because normally brushes leave streaks.  The brush itself is very soft though...I will give you that! The next product is the ' Marc Anthony Nourishing Argan Oil of Morocco conditioning treatment ' which smells amazing.  I have yet to try this on my actual hair but when I put a little on the back of my hand, it was very soft and smooth.  I love any mask.  Wether it's for face or hair!  Excited about this one because I really like Marc Anthony. Next I got...

MY NOVEMBER IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Image
This months  Ipsy  bag was a greaaat one for me.  I am super happy about all the items I got! The bag design this month is cute.  I love the fact that it's a mix of astronomy and makeup.  Very cute idea! The first product I got was this set of 3 botanical sheet masks from ' bonvivant ' which I am obsessing over.  I have yet to try them, but if you know me, you know I love face masks.  Sheet masks are awesome too although I always get sad that each pack only has one mask in it.  But the fact that Ipsy sent me 3!  I cannot wait to try each one. The next item I got was the ' Elizabeth Mott lip lacquer ' in the shade 'Moxie Mauve'.  I loveee this shade.  I wish it was a little bit more on the matte side but overall it has really good pigment! Next I got the ' Formula X nail polish ' in the shade 'Huntress'.  I already am a huge fan of Formula X and when I got this shade, I was like....(insert heart...
