MY JUNE IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Hi guys!  Today I am sharing my J U N E Ipsy bag review with you.  I am so in love with this simple yet girly bag.  It feels a little retro which I adore and the fact that there are lips on it...too cute!

The first product that I have basically used almost the entire thing is the 'Delectable Triple Moisture Body Lotion in the scent; Coconut & Cream'.  This stuff you guys.  OMG.  So first of all, it smells like summer.  Pure coconut.  So delish & it is so creamy and softening on my skin.  I took this little bottle camping with me over the weekend and have literally almost used the entire thing because it smells and feels that good. (:

The next product I got was the 'Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in the shade; Game Changer'.  AGH!  I am living for this color.  It screams summer and will look sooo good on tan skin.  I love nail polish so much so I am very glad that I received this one to add to my collection!

Next up, I got the 'City Color Cosmetics Shimmer Eye shadow in the shade; Beach Cottage'.  This color is something I would not normally wear but it has great pigment and is sooo pretty and shimmery.  I think that when I have a special event or an evening party to attend to, I will experiment with this for sure.  I also love the size.  Its really big and I feel that it will last a long time.

The next thing I got in my bag was ' The Balm Cosmetics Balm Springs Blush in the shade; In Full Swing'.  This is absolutely stunning.  I am obsessed with it.  I like it as an eye shadow as well because it makes my green eyes pop!  The Balm is such a cute brand and I am obsessed with their packaging...of course I am...it's all retro! (:  I hoenstly feel that this shade of blush would look so amazing on all skin tones.

Lastly I got the 'NYX Whipped Cheek & Lip Color in the shade; Pink Cloud'.  Ok how cute is that shade name!?  I love how vibrant this color is and it's so simple to just throw on real quick.  I will be honest though, I am not thee biggest fan of whipped lipsticks...but it's a really cute shade so I will get over that !

Overall, 10/10!  Love it all and so excited to play with everything!

I am excited to be writing this post because I l o v e doing fun festive things this time of year and now that it is December...it's going to fly by.  And I would hate for it to be all over and I have not done anything fun! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

CHEERS! It's a new year!  I cannot actually believe it...it's 2018... I am sad that Christmas is over but there are a lot of good things planned for the new year.  YAY! Some of my 2017 highlights are... ~Getting engaged to the love of my life ~Committing to being a full time esthetician ~Road tripping to Oregon with my man ~Turning 25 years old ~Taking a snowboarding lesson with my sister ~Taking a spontaneous trip to Joshua Tree to camp in the middle of nowhere with Ty and our friends ~Getting my wisdom teeth removed ~Saying goodbye to our beloved family puppy Buddy ~Watching my (soon to be) brother in law graduate college ~Selling vintage stuff at the flea market with my mom and her fiancé ~My dad getting married ~Purchasing a r e a l Christmas tree for the first time with Ty Annnnnd there is so much in between that was amazing too but I can't list it all! 10 YEARS TOGETHER & WE'RE ENGAGED!!!

Sorry all of these photos are out of order...but YOU GUYS!  WE ARE ENGAGED!  AGH!  I could not be happier right now. We had made plans for a little get away for our 10 year to camp a couple nights in San Luis Obispo and then go on a tour at Hearst Castle following a one night stay at the Madonna Inn. This trip was absolutely perfect and the actual engagement was so magical.   Now to get to planning!  There's soooo much to do but I am so excited and so ready to do this! xoxox C

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Hellllloooo beautiful friends! I hope you all had the most incredible holiday vacation.  I am soooo sad that it's all over ):  Not gonna lie. I wrote a post like this a year ago and it's basically just me explaining/describing my new year resolutions to you guys. 1.) Stay organized...I know so many people say this as a resolution, but I want to be more on top of keeping my life organized.  I want to stay away from just throwing things around and not putting them back where they are supposed to go and keep all of my things clean and organized!  So simple.  lol 2.) Drink more water!  It's not that I don't drink water, I just feel that I don't drink enough of it!  I think that not drinking enough water makes me get headaches and makes my skin turn to crap! 3.) OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together. I got us some sweet treats from Susie Cakes a little early because they were too good to pass up.  LOL On our actual anniversary, we wanted to try 'Mr. Holmes Bakehouse' because we have heard so much about it.  And there were toooo many choices.
