MY DECEMBER IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Hey guys!  I am sooo sorry that I have not posted in a while.  I feel awful.  I have been so busy with work and life and now I am super sick and Christmas is 4 days away.  I wanted to share with you today my Ipsy bag that came to me this month.

The first thing I received was the 'Beau Gachis concealer brush'.  This brush is nice but I am not sure that I will grabbing it often.  I find that I enjoy using a makeup sponge to apply my concealer rather than a brush because normally brushes leave streaks.  The brush itself is very soft though...I will give you that!

The next product is the 'Marc Anthony Nourishing Argan Oil of Morocco conditioning treatment' which smells amazing.  I have yet to try this on my actual hair but when I put a little on the back of my hand, it was very soft and smooth.  I love any mask.  Wether it's for face or hair!  Excited about this one because I really like Marc Anthony.

Next I got the 'Ciate London Liquid Velvet lipstick' in the shade pin up.  This lipstick you guys.  O.M.G.  The pigment, texture and shade are amazing!  I could not believe how much I lovedddd this.  I have worn it so much since I got my bag.  I will definitely be buying more shades.  I love that the consistency is creamy and matte.  So comfortable to wear!

The next product I was given was the 'Tarte Maracuja oil'.  I love this facial oil because it makes my skin look radiant and smooth.  I love the little bottle and applicator too!

Lastly I was given 'The Balm Cosmetics Mad Lash Mascara'.  Now this product is just 'meh' to me.  I do not like the scent of the mascara...it's very strong and kind of smells like chemicals.  I also don't like the packaging!  I was expecting it to be a screw lid but yet you just pull it out and it makes it very messy and I get mascara everywhere.  Also I don't think that I am the biggest fan of the plastic wands.

I am excited to be writing this post because I l o v e doing fun festive things this time of year and now that it is December...it's going to fly by.  And I would hate for it to be all over and I have not done anything fun! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

CHEERS! It's a new year!  I cannot actually believe it...it's 2018... I am sad that Christmas is over but there are a lot of good things planned for the new year.  YAY! 10 YEARS TOGETHER & WE'RE ENGAGED!!!

Sorry all of these photos are out of order...but YOU GUYS!  WE ARE ENGAGED!  AGH!  I could not be happier right now. We had made plans for a little get away for our 10 year to camp a couple nights in San Luis Obispo and then go on a tour at Hearst Castle following a one night stay at the Madonna Inn. This trip was absolutely perfect and the actual engagement was so magical.   Now to get to planning!  There's soooo much to do but I am so excited and so ready to do this! xoxox C

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Hellllloooo beautiful friends! I hope you all had the most incredible holiday vacation.  I am soooo sad that it's all over ):  Not gonna lie. I wrote a post like this a year ago and it's basically just me explaining/describing my new year resolutions to you guys. 1.) Stay organized...I know so many people say this as a resolution, but I want to be more on top of keeping my life organized.  I want to stay away from just throwing things around and not putting them back where they are supposed to go and keep all of my things clean and organized!  So simple.  lol 2.) Drink more water!  It's not that I don't drink water, I just feel that I don't drink enough of it!  I think that not drinking enough water makes me get headaches and makes my skin turn to crap! 3.) OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together.
