FESTIVE HOLIDAY MAKEUP LOOK/TUTORIAL!!!

Hello everyone!!!  Christmas is literally around the corner.  Literally.  
Today I decided to show you guys my take on a simple holiday party makeup look.  So let's get into it!


First things first, start with a fresh clean face!





Next step  foundation and I am using a BB cream from Olay with my ELF foundation brush.  I actually really like this one.



Next I went ahead and used my two "cover-ups", the one on the left I use for any spots or redness and the one on the right I use under my eyes.








Next, I apply my face!  I like to use my matte powder all over my face and then my pressed powder under my eyes and in my T-zone to really set the foundation.  I love wearing bronzer and a bright blush in the winter because it looks like you were just out in the cold.  (:  I also use this random brow pencil. LOL.






The next part is my favorite...the eyes!!!  I used two eyeliners from ELF.  One black and one gold glitter.  I did my black cat eye line and then I applied the gold glitter right on the top of that.  Not over it.  By the way, just have to say that this eyeliner is my absolute favorite!  It is so amazing and it is only ONE FREAKING DOLLAR!!!!!!  Can you believe it?!  One dollar.  I am just so amazed by that!  And this is my current favorite mascara as well.




The very last step is the lips.  I used a bright red lip crayon and then a lipstick over it.  And this is the finished look!  I hope you like it!!

This is honestly the easiest look ever and is so festive and beautiful.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

CHEERS! It's a new year!  I cannot actually believe it...it's 2018... I am sad that Christmas is over but there are a lot of good things planned for the new year.  YAY! 10 YEARS TOGETHER & WE'RE ENGAGED!!!

Sorry all of these photos are out of order...but YOU GUYS!  WE ARE ENGAGED!  AGH!  I could not be happier right now. We had made plans for a little get away for our 10 year to camp a couple nights in San Luis Obispo and then go on a tour at Hearst Castle following a one night stay at the Madonna Inn. This trip was absolutely perfect and the actual engagement was so magical.   Now to get to planning!  There's soooo much to do but I am so excited and so ready to do this! xoxox C

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Hellllloooo beautiful friends! I hope you all had the most incredible holiday vacation.  I am soooo sad that it's all over ):  Not gonna lie. I wrote a post like this a year ago and it's basically just me explaining/describing my new year resolutions to you guys. 1.) Stay organized...I know so many people say this as a resolution, but I want to be more on top of keeping my life organized.  I want to stay away from just throwing things around and not putting them back where they are supposed to go and keep all of my things clean and organized!  So simple.  lol 2.) Drink more water!  It's not that I don't drink water, I just feel that I don't drink enough of it!  I think that not drinking enough water makes me get headaches and makes my skin turn to crap! 3.) OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together. I got us some sweet treats from Susie Cakes a little early because they were too good to pass up.  LOL On our actual anniversary, we wanted to try 'Mr. Holmes Bakehouse' because we have heard so much about it.  And there were toooo many choices.
