MY JANUARY IPSY BAG!!!

Hi guys!  I cannot tell you how happy I am that it is Sunday.  (:  Finally some time to relax.  PS!  I finish school on Friday at 5!!!!! OMFG!!  So so exciting!

Anyways...I am here to show you my January Ipsy bag!




First of all, I feel as though this bag is so fitting for me.  It's very sixties feeling with a hint of Andy Warhol.

In the bag we first have a Skone smudger brush.  I absolutely love getting brushes in my bags because they are always a must have.  No matter how many you have (:

Next is the Hanalei sugar lip scrub.  Unfortunately I could not find a site of where to buy this, so I apologize.  I usually like sugar lip scrubs....but when they are not edible, I don't like them.  Which this one isn't.  Bummed.

Next up is the Pixi by Petra in the shade Lavender Bloom.  I love any purpley shades because my eyes are hazel and I think it looks really nice on me.

Then I got the Balm Cosmetics Mr. Write (Now) eyeliner pencil in the shade Scott B. Bordeaux.  I am obsessed with this.  Again the shade is perfect for me and the consistency is great.  I love wearing this in my water line and on my lid.

And lastly, I got the Tucker Ashley advanced peptide eye complex.  I love a good eye cream and so far this is working magic. 

All in all, pretty good bag!  I'm impressed this month!  Again, if you guys haven't already, go sign up!  It's cheap and fun! :D

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

CHEERS! It's a new year!  I cannot actually believe it...it's 2018... I am sad that Christmas is over but there are a lot of good things planned for the new year.  YAY! Some of my 2017 highlights are... ~Getting engaged to the love of my life ~Committing to being a full time esthetician ~Road tripping to Oregon with my man ~Turning 25 years old ~Taking a snowboarding lesson with my sister ~Taking a spontaneous trip to Joshua Tree to camp in the middle of nowhere with Ty and our friends ~Getting my wisdom teeth removed ~Saying goodbye to our beloved family puppy Buddy ~Watching my (soon to be) brother in law graduate college ~Selling vintage stuff at the flea market with my mom and her fiancé ~My dad getting married ~Purchasing a r e a l Christmas tree for the first time with Ty Annnnnd there is so much in between that was amazing too but I can't list it all! 10 YEARS TOGETHER & WE'RE ENGAGED!!!

Sorry all of these photos are out of order...but YOU GUYS!  WE ARE ENGAGED!  AGH!  I could not be happier right now. We had made plans for a little get away for our 10 year to camp a couple nights in San Luis Obispo and then go on a tour at Hearst Castle following a one night stay at the Madonna Inn. This trip was absolutely perfect and the actual engagement was so magical.   Now to get to planning!  There's soooo much to do but I am so excited and so ready to do this! xoxox C

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Hellllloooo beautiful friends! I hope you all had the most incredible holiday vacation.  I am soooo sad that it's all over ):  Not gonna lie. I wrote a post like this a year ago and it's basically just me explaining/describing my new year resolutions to you guys. 1.) Stay organized...I know so many people say this as a resolution, but I want to be more on top of keeping my life organized.  I want to stay away from just throwing things around and not putting them back where they are supposed to go and keep all of my things clean and organized!  So simple.  lol 2.) Drink more water!  It's not that I don't drink water, I just feel that I don't drink enough of it!  I think that not drinking enough water makes me get headaches and makes my skin turn to crap! 3.) Smile more & worry less.  I have gotten a lot better at doing this but I still feel like I need to do more of it.  I always find myself worrying about silly little things and stressing over s

OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together. I got us some sweet treats from Susie Cakes a little early because they were too good to pass up.  LOL On our actual anniversary, we wanted to try 'Mr. Holmes Bakehouse' because we have heard so much about it.  And there were toooo many choices.
