MY MAY IPSY BAG REVIEW!!!

Hey all!!!  Long time no talk!  How has everyone been?!

I have some big news that I will be sharing with you all, soon!  I promise!

Today's post is my May IPSY bag haul and review!  I loveddd this months bag.  I love all the products in it and have already put a few of them to use! :D


How cute is this little travel pouch?  It makes me want to travel all around now!  I actually gave this bag to my sister because I have soooo many Ipsy bags that I don't know what to do with! haha.

So the first product I got was the 'Crazy Rumors Hibiskiss Natural Lip Color' in the shade 'Coral'.  This is soooo nice.  It reminds me of being in Hawaii.  It's like I very sheer tinted lip balm that tastes really sweet!  I also think the packaging is too cute.

The next product I got was the 'Smashbox X rated Mascara'.  I love getting mascaras because you can never have enough in your collection and this one especially makes my lashes look long and full yet natural.

Underneath that, I got the 'Slmissglambeauty small contour brush' which I cannot find online sold by itself but I linked their website anyway.  This brush is so cute.  I just like to look at it!  It makes for a really nice and precise contour down the sides of my face.

I then received the 'Aurora Gel Effect nail polish' in the shade 'Safety Orange'.  I love this color.  Once it's on, it is VERY bright, but it's so fun for summer and especially on tan skin!  I can't wait.  I want to try wearing it again with a different top coat because I did (sadly) get a chip within like a few days of wearing it.  But overall, the finish and formula is great!  And I am excited to try other shades! 

Lastly, I got the 'NoTS 28 Remedy Acne Pore Deep Cleanser'.  This feels so nice on my skin.  I have only washed with it once, but I honestly can't wait to wash with it again.  This companies website is so intricate and detailed and it seems as though they put a lot of thought into their products which makes me feel really good about what is coming into contact with my skin.  I would be interested in getting a full size of this and using consistently to see if it clears up my skin.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

CHEERS! It's a new year!  I cannot actually believe it...it's 2018... I am sad that Christmas is over but there are a lot of good things planned for the new year.  YAY! 10 YEARS TOGETHER & WE'RE ENGAGED!!!

Sorry all of these photos are out of order...but YOU GUYS!  WE ARE ENGAGED!  AGH!  I could not be happier right now. We had made plans for a little get away for our 10 year to camp a couple nights in San Luis Obispo and then go on a tour at Hearst Castle following a one night stay at the Madonna Inn. This trip was absolutely perfect and the actual engagement was so magical.   Now to get to planning!  There's soooo much to do but I am so excited and so ready to do this! xoxox C

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Hellllloooo beautiful friends! I hope you all had the most incredible holiday vacation.  I am soooo sad that it's all over ):  Not gonna lie. I wrote a post like this a year ago and it's basically just me explaining/describing my new year resolutions to you guys. 1.) Stay organized...I know so many people say this as a resolution, but I want to be more on top of keeping my life organized.  I want to stay away from just throwing things around and not putting them back where they are supposed to go and keep all of my things clean and organized!  So simple.  lol 2.) Drink more water!  It's not that I don't drink water, I just feel that I don't drink enough of it!  I think that not drinking enough water makes me get headaches and makes my skin turn to crap! 3.) OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together. I got us some sweet treats from Susie Cakes a little early because they were too good to pass up.  LOL On our actual anniversary, we wanted to try 'Mr. Holmes Bakehouse' because we have heard so much about it.  And there were toooo many choices.
