I randomly had the weekend off this past weekend and we thought, you know what, let's go camping. We checked some sites all around us and they were all booked. (I think because the weather is incredible down here right now.) So I thought, what about Joshua Tree? We haven't ever been there and thought that we would just go check it out! Once we got there we went straight for the visitor center to get a site...well that was booked too. And in that moment we decided to check out a couple other sites near by. Turns out there is the huge amount land that is F R E E camping! Although that means...no bathrooms...and no water access...so we went for it! I honestly think that free camping is the most fun. We were pretty much surrounded by nature. No people and not much noise. It was soooo nice ...
Seattle was just gorgeous. It really felt like fall there. So many different colors and so much nature! We ate a ton of food and just explored the city! It definitely reminded us of San Francisco and we can't wait to go back. And we lovedddd Vancouver. We definitely want to back. We only got like a day there and it was not enough. I know I took a ton of photos but I wanted you all to see how beautiful it was and to tell you that you should consider going. Where should we go next?! xoxox C
I am excited to be writing this post because I l o v e doing fun festive things this time of year and now that it is December...it's going to fly by. And I would hate for it to be all over and I have not done anything fun! Here are a few things you can do with your kids, lovers or friends this Holiday season that will for sure bring you some cheer! 1. Watch Christmas films! I mean DUH! There are tons of great movies out there to watch. MY favorites are definitely the old 'claymation' classics like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer & Santa Claus is Coming to Town. But there are others like ELF & Christmas with the Kranks that are hilarious. Another great place to watch films like these is on ABC family. They have a schedule for when they show certain films. (: 2. Look at Christmas lights. This has a l w a y s been one of my favorite things to do during the holiday season ever since I was a little girl. You can hop in the car...
Hii everyone! I hope you're having a great great start to the week. We are still just packing away up here in SF. Getting ready to move next weekend! I cannot believe how quickly it has come. We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration! It was the most perfect day. Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together. I got us some sweet treats from Susie Cakes a little early because they were too good to pass up. LOL On our actual anniversary, we wanted to try 'Mr. Holmes Bakehouse' because we have heard so much about it. And there were toooo many choices. Clearly we went ham and got almost like one of each. HAHA Too bad we ate them ALL! We came across this view when driving around the city! How beautiful. We decided to find a secluded bench ...
Hi everyone!!! Sorry this post is a little late....but I have literally had zero time to do anything!!! BUT good news is that I should be done with school in the next couple weeks! OMG. I literally cannot believe it. I have learned so much the past six months and have grown into a stronger and more confident person when it comes to skin care. I will be sad to leave my new friends but know that we will stay close no matter what (: ANYWAY...lol lets get into the photos! These were all from Christmas Day. It was literally perfect. It was just us and we made cinnamon rolls from scratch and went for a ride and then made an incredible dinner! Oh and cuddled the cats of course. Very pleased with everything that I got for Christmas too! Ty and I drove down to OC to visit with family and friends for New Years. Our first stop was at the Too Faced Cosmetics headquarters ...
