OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move.

In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together.

I got us some sweet treats from Susie Cakes a little early because they were too good to pass up.  LOL

On our actual anniversary, we wanted to try 'Mr. Holmes Bakehouse' because we have heard so much about it.  And there were toooo many choices.

Clearly we went ham and got almost like one of each.  HAHA

Too bad we ate them ALL!

We came across this view when driving around the city!  How beautiful.

We decided to find a secluded bench by the water near all the piers and just chill before we made our way to our boat to visit Alcatraz!

It was literally the most beautiful day.

On the boat headed to Alcatraz with some incredible views!

One of my favorites that I took on the island.

A lot of what's on the island is falling apart and is burned or just old and run down.

So much of the island felt very creepy.

I was so freaked out when I saw this!  I didn't even notice it until Ty pointed it out!

We saw these cuuuute little baby gulls.

I think the old cells freaked me out the most!

He's mad cause he's in jail.  LOL

This was one of those solitary cells where the metal gate closes and then a big door closes and it's literally PITCH black in there.  I would for sure go crazy.

I photographed this because there was an explosion that happened and it did that to the ground!  The left the ground like that the whole time.  It was so surreal to be standing right where that happened!

And this was the wall near the explosion.  Three bullet holes in the wall.

These were set up in a few of the cells.

View from the island.  So gorgeous.

This was sooooo incredible to see.  If you guys don't know the story of Alcatraz, you should go watch the film, 'Escape From Alcatraz'.  So so good.

I honestly could not believe I was seeing this with my own eyes.

The kitchen was cool to see too.

Love these shots of Ty.

This was an actual house on the island.  So crazy knowing that people who worked on the rock, used to live there with there families.

Came across some of my favorite flowers!  And they were a GORGEOUS color!

Leaving the island...

My handsome view

We were forced to take a photo before getting on the boat.  HAHA

Ty surprised me with a lovely dinner at a new restaurant.

The loveeee of my life.

Our last view before going home to snuggle in bed while watching the new season of 'Orange is the New Black'.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post.  We truly had the best day ever.

Talk soon guys!
