MY FIRST IPSY BAG!!!!

Long time no speak guys!!!  How have you all been?!  GOOD I hope! :D

Soooo who has never heard of IPSY before?  Well I am going to assume that none of you have...A friend of mine actually told me about it and I was instantly hooked.  IPSY is this amazing little brand where you send them $10 a month plus no shipping fee and they send you a small little bag/makeup bag filled with a handful of products to try!  
When you sign up, you have to answer this "Beauty Quiz."  And let me tell you...I had so much fun taking the quiz. LOL.  You answer questions like, "What color are your eyes, hair, skin etc."  AND THEN!!!!  You get to choose which brands you want to try (based on the ones they offer of course) and what style of products, for example: hair care, skin care, makeup & tools.  (I cannot remember all of them...sorry!)
But basically I just got my first bag and I was so excited to open it because what they send you is obviously worth waaay more that $10 so it's an amazing deal and just super fun to try new things!  I think most of the products you get in your bag are sample/travel size..but then randomly you will actually get full sized!  
Overall, I am soooo impressed with my IPSY bag and I cannot wait to get more!!!  


For this month, I got an adorable bag with 5 products in it which I have already tried all of them. :)





I love the way all the products feel on my skin and hair.  The GlamGlow facial cleanser smells like coconuts which makes me want summer and the Dermalogica Clear Start toner smells very floral and feels so nice and refreshing.  I love the Organic Farm A Ceauticals hair oil too.  Totally tames my frizz (because I always let my hair dry naturally) and it feels so sleek and shiny.  The IT Cosmetics CC+ cream is probably going to be a new favorite of mine.  Looks and feels so great on my skin and a liiiiittle bit goes so far.  Lastly, the Balm cosmetics eyeshadow is not only ADORABLE but its a perfect neutral color, which is my thing right now, but actually has nice pigment!

And need I say more about the bag...I mean how stinkin cute!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

CHEERS! It's a new year!  I cannot actually believe it...it's 2018... I am sad that Christmas is over but there are a lot of good things planned for the new year.  YAY! 10 YEARS TOGETHER & WE'RE ENGAGED!!!

Sorry all of these photos are out of order...but YOU GUYS!  WE ARE ENGAGED!  AGH!  I could not be happier right now. We had made plans for a little get away for our 10 year to camp a couple nights in San Luis Obispo and then go on a tour at Hearst Castle following a one night stay at the Madonna Inn. This trip was absolutely perfect and the actual engagement was so magical.   Now to get to planning!  There's soooo much to do but I am so excited and so ready to do this! xoxox C

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Hellllloooo beautiful friends! I hope you all had the most incredible holiday vacation.  I am soooo sad that it's all over ):  Not gonna lie. I wrote a post like this a year ago and it's basically just me explaining/describing my new year resolutions to you guys. 1.) Stay organized...I know so many people say this as a resolution, but I want to be more on top of keeping my life organized.  I want to stay away from just throwing things around and not putting them back where they are supposed to go and keep all of my things clean and organized!  So simple.  lol 2.) Drink more water!  It's not that I don't drink water, I just feel that I don't drink enough of it!  I think that not drinking enough water makes me get headaches and makes my skin turn to crap! 3.) OUR 9 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

Hii everyone!  I hope you're having a great great start to the week.  We are still just packing away up here in SF.  Getting ready to move next weekend!  I cannot believe how quickly it has come.  We are trying to fit in all the things that we want to do here before we move. In today's post, I am sharing with you Tyler and I's 9 year anniversary celebration!  It was the most perfect day.  Beautiful weather and it was just so lovely to spend time together.
